Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PLAYCAVE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.,br. PLAYCAVE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
PLAYCAVE is a manufacturer/reseller to end user customers.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PLAYCAVE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
PLAYCAVE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PLAYCAVE shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge.


Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects

Every third party product purchased from PLAYCAVE is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. PLAYCAVEs 14 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. PLAYCAVEs 14 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or PLAYCAVE.
Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to PLAYCAVEs limited 14 day guarantee.
Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or PLAYCAVE will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 14 days of ownership only. After 14 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. PLAYCAVE will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact PLAYCAVE. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 14 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by PLAYCAVE or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.


Regarding Part-Payment Option

PLAYCAVE may offer you the part-payment option, or you may apply for it yourself. Part payment requires 50% of the total order cost to be paid when ordering your product. If you fail to pay the remaining amount after 4 weeks or once your item is finished (whichever is later) PLAYCAVE has the right to issue the product for resale and with no reimbursement of any kind to the original customer.


Regarding Bundles

Bundled items are included whilst supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.


Delivery Failure

If we attempt to deliver a large item, for example; a dance pad or cabinet, and there is no one at the predetermined address available to accept the order, PLAYCAVE can charge a re-delivery fee in excess of £80.00.


Lifetime Warranty Limitations

If your PLAYCAVE product is ever found to be defective or discontinues working, we will send replacement parts to your location to repair the problem. Full instructions will also be supplied.
In the rare occasion the unit cannot be repaired with replacement parts during the first 12 months of purchase, we will ship a replacement product to your location and include a return shipping label for you to return the defective unit at our cost.
12 months after purchase, if it is necessary for the product to be sent for replacement or repair, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unit back to PLAYCAVE for exchange or repair.
In respect to items contained within any PLAYCAVE product that are manufactured by a third party (including but not limited to screens, computers, PCBs, speakers, lighting) only the manufacturers 12 month warranty is valid and in effect.
Replacement parts can be obtained from PLAYCAVE (or the original manufacturer) at the customers cost.


The Following are not Covered Under This Warranty

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the user to follow normal operating procedures.
Defects or damage due to spillage of food/liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.
Damage, losses, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other Acts of God.
Normal wear & tear, corrosion, stains or damaged beyond repair.
Defects and/or damage arising from improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind.
Scratches & damage to the outer surfaces areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
General maintenance & routine servicing.
Claims for damaged/missing parts after 14 days from the original date of purchase.
If any part or parts of the unit is/are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or the unit has been unnecessarily dismantled by any person other than a member of the PLAYCAVE team.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by malicious programs [i.e. viruses] or power cuts/surges.
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PLAYCAVE or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits whether incidental or consequential.



Additional Terms for hiring our machine(s)

Hire charges need to be paid in full before the hire period commences [hiring machine(s)].

Hire charges stated or quoted are applicable to the quantity, specification, delivery dates, length of hire and information provided by yourself. If the order placed varies or delay is caused at your instruction or lack of instruction, we shall be entitled to adjust the hire charges. Additional charges will be made for the supply and fixing of accessories, extras or additions [hiring machine(s)].
If you cancel the hire order within 24 hours before despatch, we will be entitled to levy a fee of £80.00 per machine [hiring machine(s)].


Risk Ownership & Insurance

Risk in the machine(s) will pass immediately to you when they leave our physical possession or control[hiring machine(s)].
Risk in the machine(s) will not pass back to PLAYCAVE from you until the machine(s) is (are) back in our physical possession. This shall apply even if we have agreed to cease charging for hire.
Ownership of the machine(s) remains at all times with PLAYCAVE. You have no right, title or interest in the machine(s) except that they are hired to you [hiring machine(s)].
You must not deal with the ownership or any interest in the machine(s). This includes but is not limited to selling, assigning, securing, hiring, withholding, exerting any right to withhold, disposing of and/or lending. However, you may re-hire the machine(s) to a third party with our prior written consent [hiring machine(s)].
You accept full liability and shall fully indemnify PLAYCAVE against all third party claims and losses however arising in respect to damage to or loss or destruction of any property or in respect of the personal injury or death of anybody in any way caused by or relating to the machine(s) or its (their) use, except when the damage loss or destruction injury or death directly results from our negligence [hiring machine(s)].

It is your responsibility to make sure that all people who use the machine(s) are properly instructed in its safe and correct use and they are in possession of the instructions supplied by PLAYCAVE. If in the unlikely event that the hired machine(s) is (are) involved in an accident resulting in injury, or damage to property, you shall notify PLAYCAVE immediately by telephone and confirm this notification in writing [hiring machine(s)].


Responsibilities

During the hire period you will not, without our written consent remove the machine(s) from the site to which it was delivered or sublet or part with possession of any of the machine(s)[hiring machine(s)].
During the hire period you will not repair, alter or modify the machine(s) or interfere with PLAYCAVEs identification marks on the machine(s) or any of our signage attached to the machine(s) [hiring machine(s)].
During the hire period you are responsible for operating the machine(s) in strict accordance with the operating instructions. Any damage arising from failing to adhere to operating instructions will be your sole responsibility [hiring machine(s)].
You have full responsibility for the care and safekeeping and return in good order of our machine(s). You will pay to us the current published list price of any machine(s) which is lost or stolen or damaged beyond economic repair [hiring machine(s)].
